About the role:

Wir suchen eine dynamische und erfahrene Person als Collections Portfolio Manager, um unser Team zu verstärken. In dieser Rolle hast Du die spannende Gelegenheit, unser Inkasso-Ökosystem und unsere Strategien in verschiedenen Märkten zu überwachen und zu optimieren. Du wirst mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und externen Partnern zusammenarbeiten, darunter Versicherungsgesellschaften, Inkassobüros und Softwareanbieter. Zudem spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Dashboards, um die Leistung unseres säumigen Portfolios zu bewerten und datengestützte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen. Du wirst eine treibende Kraft bei der Gestaltung und dem internationalen Wachstum unseres Inkasso- und säumigen Portfoliomanagements sein.

Who we are looking for:

Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
Du hast Erfahrung im Inkasso und im operativen Bereich mit einem tiefen Verständnis von Inkassostrategien, Gesetzen und Prozessen sowie Branchenstandards.
Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, und kannst effektiv mit Stakeholdern und Partnern auf verschiedenen Ebenen interagieren und sie beeinflussen.
Du hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten, kannst Daten sammeln, interpretieren und präsentieren, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
Du bist in der Lage, eigenständig und im Team in einem schnelllebigen und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
Kenntnisse internationaler Inkassopraktiken und -vorschriften sind sehr wünschenswert.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch.
