    About the role:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative B2B BNPL solutions for the European market. In this role, you will own the complete product lifecycle for one of our core product areas, with the autonomy to shape strategy and ship meaningful features efficiently. You'll have the power to shape strategy, make bold decisions, and see the direct impact of your work on businesses throughout Europe.

    This is a front-line position where you'll engage with C-level stakeholders from some of the largest B2B brands in the world, gaining direct customer insights and witnessing the business impact of your product decisions. You'll be building on top of modern infrastructure, solving unique financial and customer experience challenges, and helping define the future of financial transactions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our B2B BNPL offerings in a customer-facing domain
    • Define the roadmap, drive execution, and directly measure success with metrics that matter
    • Engage directly with clients to understand pain points and translate them into product requirements
    • Work with a diverse, highly engaged engineering team and collaborate across functions to launch impactful initiatives
    • Navigate complex regulatory environments around payments, credit, and KYC in Europe
    • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success
    • Balance speed-to-market with engineering excellence in everything you build
    • Communicate product vision to stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to C-suite executives

    Who we are looking for:

    • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
    • Someone who understands the nuances of B2B product development and customer-centric design
    • Deep understanding of digital Payments, BNPL, credit, or invoicing solutions within the European market
    • A confident communicator who can engage effectively with clients and translate their needs into strategy
    • A native or fluent German speaker with excellent English communication skills
    • Ability to own the product lifecycle end-to-end – from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration
    • Skilled at working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams
    • Familiarity with regulatory environments around payments, credit, and KYC in Europe
    • Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving; balancing pragmatic innovation with product excellence
