Operations Assistant

The Bolt Drive operations assistant is responsible for smooth traffic offense fine management. The goal is to process traffic offenses in a timely manner as well as answer authority requests based on set guidelines.

• Manage and administer incoming traffic offense fines, including forwarding data to authorities and issuing fines to users.
• Answering incoming authority requests connected to traffic offenses and criminal offenses (both in writing and on the phone).
• Creation of reports to monitor volumes and performance.
• Assist with further operational duties as requested.

• High attention to detail.
• You are a natural problem solver and quick learner.
• You have very good attention to detail and can multitask, prioritize, and focus.
