  • We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager to take over the Product Analytics function in every internal product that we have at Bolt!

    About the role

    The Platform team operates across all Bolt verticals supporting business growth and success. Platform teams tackle problems including geospatial (routing, ETAs etc), user identity and verification, user communications, internal tools, automation and customer support.

    As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for every strategic decision, goal-setting and cross-functional projects. Working closely with leadership, you will have a direct impact on the development and growth of all of the internal products at one of Europe's fastest-growing tech startups. 




    Your daily adventures will include:

    • Build, grow and manage a team of 6+ talented Product Analysts
    • Promote data-led decision-making throughout the company by partnering with different teams to set higher analytical standards
    • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to secure reliable delivery of cross-functional projects
    • Set the long-term vision and strategy for the Platform team and translate these to short-term goals and roadmap for Product Analytics
    • Make sure Bolt continues to extract maximum value out of the Product Analytics and keep the team constantly challenged to stay above industry standard


     

    About you:

    • You have 8+ years of experience working in Data Analytics in product companies, including at least 2+ years in a managerial function with a track record of leading star medium-size teams
    • You have solid hands-on experience with experimentation (e.g., A/B tests)
    • You possess strong knowledge of other data-related areas, including data science, and data engineering
    • You hold a university degree in Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a similar subject
    • You have superb communication and leadership skills, the ability to decompose complex solutions and insights into a straightforward narrative for the rest of the company
    • You can relate to the one who has good business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
    • You are fluent in verbal and written English
    • If you had a chance to get Data Analytics and management experience in fast-paced startup environments, it would be a great advantage!
    • If you happen to have experience with either of the following it would be an even greater advantage: advanced experimentation, causal inference, geospatial analytics, data modelling, or trust&safety analytics
