  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Analyst to join our Growth Strategy and Go-to-Market team. In this role, you will empower 40+ Growth Analysts with the state-of-the-art incentives platform and efficient workflows to elevate Bolt to new heights!

    <strong>About the role</strong>

    As a Senior Platform Analyst, you will drive the efficiency of our 40+ Growth Analysts who rely on our internal tooling. Your primary focus will be on understanding their processes, mapping them out, and identifying opportunities for scaling and standardization across the team.


    <strong>Main tasks and responsibilities</strong>

    • Conduct a thorough analysis of platform processes, mapping workflows, and identifying pain points for Growth Analysts' work and opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with the Product & Experimentation Teams to align on the campaign management platform.
    • Strategy, contributing to the design and adoption of scalable solutions and experimentation best practices to drive process improvements.
    • Provide training and support to Growth Analysts on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and proficiency across the team.
    • Develop and maintain performance-tracking dashboards to monitor the impact of tool adoption, and process improvements, and identify areas for further optimization.
    • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance our internal processes and tooling to stay ahead of the curve.


     

    <strong>About you:</strong>

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
    • Proven experience in platform analysis, campaign management, growth strategy, or related fields 
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms
    • Experience with reporting and dashboard creation preferred
