[UNLISTED] Senior Product Manager, Bolt Lux

We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager focused on creating a new business line focused on luxury ride-hailing. 

Please note that we are hiring only locally in Berlin, and Bolt will not support your relocation. If this role is interesting to you, and you're currently located outside of Berlin, please consider this role in Tallinn, Estonia instead. Relocation to Tallinn (our HQ) will be supported by us.

About the role

As the first product hire in the business line, you'll be responsible for scoping out the product needed to go live as well as make the necessary case for hiring the initial team along with making sure we have the right long-term strategy. 

Your daily adventures will include:

• Lead the vision and strategy, development, and launch of the business line with your operational counterpart
• Define and execute the short and long-term vision, and maintain the roadmap for your business line
• Prioritise and deliver a competitive and valuable product in the shortest time possible
• Collaborate with peers from ride-hailing and Bolt business
• Being the voice for your customer base (demand & supply) internally and externally

About you:

• You have 6+ years of experience in the B2B world, preferably in a fast-paced technology company
• You can think in terms of customer value and in the language of business metrics and P&L impact
• You have great customer empathy and ability to convert qualitative insights into clear plans and measurable results
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills that allow you to extract insights from data and make informed decisions
• You can communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written
• You're motivated and not scared by new challenges
