We are looking to hire a Workplace Experience Specialist to join our People & Workplace team in Berlin, Germany.

The Workplace Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting daily office operations and a cost-effective Workplace Experience function, while ensuring the local team has a supportive and effective work environment.
Ensure our employees have a nice, welcoming and effective place to work, alongside the Workplace Experience Manager Support the management and planning of essential services (including maintenance, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, recycling and similar) Support with HR-related admin tasks and work alongside the People team, including employees' onboarding and offboarding Collect and organise mail, invoices, receipts and forward those to correct stakeholders (including opening, scanning, archiving sensitive documents) Organise team events/ celebrations and create traditions to enhance the company culture in the office Assist our Country Managers and other local teams
Positive can-do and hands-on attitude, with a passion for supporting others You are skilled in attention to detail, multitasking, prioritisation, and focus Excellent spoken and written German (native or B2+) and English (any other language is a plus) You handle confidential information carefully and communicate effectively with international teams You are capable of effective communication, conveying messages clearly and accurately across all organisational levels You are familiar with Google Suite, Slack, MacBooks and videoconferencing tools
