Product Manager (m/w/d) *(Native German skills)

Aufgaben

What you will do

• Create user journeys for new features for Credit reports, financial Insights, and premium product subscriptions.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales, considering product funnels and metrics.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, funnel data, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
• Managed customer communication strategy, collaborating with cross-functional design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
• Research market trends and emerging opportunities to inform product development and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points and translate them into product requirements.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and success of new and existing products.
• Manage product timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of product milestones.

Your KPIs

• New customer acquisition by delivering/optimizing finance products.
• Improved customer engagement through the development of customer-centric features.
• Increased revenue and number of active users through effective product strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Increased customer loyalty through continuous product improvement and addressing customer needs.
• Enhanced brand recognition and perception through the delivery of high-quality and innovative products.

Qualifikation

• Expertise in creating Product journeys keeping all aspects like customer touchpoints, metrics, errors, legal requirements, etc.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience working as a Product Manager.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying patterns, and making data-driven decisions to optimize products and drive business success.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in working with product funnels, understanding various numbers, and making product plans based on the numbers.
• User experience (UX) understanding: ability to empathize with users and be able to translate customer needs into product solutions
• Native German speaking skills is a must
