Learning Consultant - Working Student (f/m/d)

• Support with managing  training concepts and material, e.g. (update, research, translate, and design using tools like Miro and Canva)
• Support the team with the preparation of customer meetings (preparing slides & research)
• Handle customer and user care processes (support tickets and workshop facilitation support)
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and training outcomes
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for training programs

• Currently an enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a relevant field (Business/ Management).
• Possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills (C1 in both languages).
• Demonstrate relevant internship experience in consulting/IT/B2B startups
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to navigate complexity
• Passionate and curious about agile and innovative ways of designing and managing upskilling initiatives.
• Have an interest in technology and fundamental knowledge of Business Process Automation and AI.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
