    Project Manager (m/f/d)

    This is a remote role, but you will occasionally need to travel

    Tasks

    • Lead and manage multiple, concurrent customer projects focused on customizations and integrations of our hearable products.
    • Drive our projects by ensuring delivery meets requirements, schedule, budget, scope, and quality criteria including coordination of external partners (customers, suppliers, contractors)
    • Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded in timely updates, clear communication, and quality deliverables
    • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between product development and project needs
    • Oversee customer support activities, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution and ongoing technical assistance
    • Lead an interdisciplinary team and own customer products

    Requirements

    • 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably within Embedded Systems and Mobile Applications
    • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and timely delivering complex technical projects
    • Experience with customer-facing projects, including customizations, integrations, and support services
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and communication
    • Strong organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly assess and mitigate risks
