Your role

As a Founder's Associate Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving key projects and supporting the growth of our company. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of operational, financial, and strategic tasks that contribute to enhancing business efficiency and success.

Work closely with the founders to support daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
Take ownership of strategic projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely progress and delivery.
Collaborate with the leadership team to assist in decision-making processes by preparing data-driven insights, financial analyses, and action plans.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform and shape our B2B strategy, engaging directly with potential clients and partners.
Monitor and optimize financial performance by developing budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Continuously improve internal processes, proposing and implementing financial and operational enhancements to drive efficiency.

Your profile

Passion for Sustainability: You are enthusiastic about addressing climate change and eager to deepen your knowledge of ESG data management and its broader impact.
Analytical and Financial Acumen: You have sound financial skills, are comfortable working with data, and can analyze financial statements, manage budgets and financial models.
Tech-Savvy and Innovative: You are excited about cutting-edge technology, especially AI solutions, and are eager to explore how it can transform ESG management and auditing processes.
Proactive Problem Solver: You have a founder’s mentality, always ready to take initiative, solve challenges, and drive results with a hands-on approach.
Collaborative and Adaptable: You thrive in cross-functional teams, love collaborating with diverse departments like product, marketing, and leadership, and can easily pivot to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

First experience as a generalist in a fast paced environment such as consulting or at a startup
Sound financial skills, including the ability to analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and update financial models
You are approaching the completion of your degree or have recently graduated from university. Alternatively, you possess outstanding experience that demonstrates your strong commitment to entrepreneurship.
High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Interest or experience in sustainability, ESG consulting, or related fields.
Strong affinity for technology and AI, with a desire to learn about AI solutions and their role in ESG.
Fluency in English and another major European language (preferably German or French).
Excellent excel skills
