Aufgaben

Analyse and interpret business trends and act as the business partner to the senior management of our subsidiaries, monitor projects and assess their financial impact
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and appropriate financial/accounting rigour
Lead budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning for subsidiaries
Develop insightful presentations for senior management decision making
Manage and control working capital and liquidity planning
Work with the wider team to develop and implement new controlling tools and reporting processes across the Group
Lead the financial integration process of new subsidiaries
Support the implementation of a new ERP system, help to improve our reporting system and the monthly intra-year reporting for subsidiaries

Qualifikation

You have a degree in business administration, economics or a comparable degree with a strong academic perfomance, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance
You have several years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar environment
You have a proven track record of driving issues and projects forward in a fast.paced environment as well as acting as a business partner in a results-oriented and structured manner
You posses solid konwledge of automation and are familiar with financial and analytical tools as well as BI system (e.g. LucaNet)
You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
You have excellent presentation and communication skills to advice senior management stakeholders
You have excellent German language skills (native level or C1)
