    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Associate Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role will focus on the EMEA region, with a primary emphasis on the UK and Germany. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable executing tasks of all sizes, from creating marketing collaterals to making strategic recommendations and implementing plans. You will play a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and sales in key markets.

    Responsibilities

    Sales Enablement:

    • Produce engaging and effective sales enablement content for both our direct teams and our distributors such as decks, product slicks, and case studies.
    • Build and leverage strong relationships with local stakeholders and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with the sales team.

    Event Management:

    • Lead and drive the organization of local events, including tradeshows, workshops, and other marketing events.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop thought leadership content for webinars aimed at driving awareness in key markets.

    Global Strategy:

    • Implement the global marketing strategy with appropriate localization for all sales and marketing assets.
    • Work with product, brand, and digital marketing teams to launch products and evergreen campaigns in our international locations.

    Awareness and Demand Generation:

    • Expand, localize, and measure marketing campaigns and promotions in international markets to drive eCommerce sales and inbound sales leads (SQLs).
    • Conduct customer needs analysis, opportunity assessments, and competitive analysis, providing insights to the marketing team.
    • Ensure brand and messaging consistency from the US to all international locations.
    • Ensure regular updates of all International websites

    Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Exercise superior judgment in planning, organizing, and executing work.
    • Monitor performance metrics and report on program status to ensure continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

    • 5+ years of marketing experience in the medical technology or healthcare industry, preferably with exposure to international markets.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, event management, and sales enablement.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude and willingness to perform both high-level strategic work and detailed execution tasks.
    • Must be fluent in English

    Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it's ok if you don't!):

    • Familiarity with the UK and German markets and their respective business cultures.

    Location

    This is a remote position based in Germany or the UK.

    25% expected travel.
