Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and business growth.

    Your responsibilities

    • You define and execute the buyer experience strategy, ensuring a seamless journey from discovery to purchase.
    • You identify pain points in the current buyer experience and implement solutions to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
    • You collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that help buyers find their perfect bike.
    • You work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to develop and implement buyer-focused features and workflows.
    • You develop and track key performance metrics for the buyer journey, using data insights to drive continuous improvements.
    • You ensure the marketplace presents comprehensive and accurate information about bikes to help buyers make informed decisions.
    • You act as the voice of our buyers by gathering feedback and prioritizing improvements to the buyer experience.

    About you

    • You have at least 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
    • You have a strong understanding of user experience principles, user research, and conversion optimization.
    • You are highly analytical, with a proven track record in using data to make informed decisions and drive optimizations.
    • You have worked with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Design, to deliver impactful product changes.
    • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

    • You have experience in using AI tools to improve your efficiency - prototyping, documentation, as well as data analytics.
    • Experience with the cycling industry is a plus but not required.
