  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic and international Power Electronics team in EMEA. 

    This job can be on a hybrid working system (based in our office in Munich) or completey remote from anywhere in Germany.

    Main responsibilities

    • Support the EMEA Product Manager for market research and competitive analysis in the household energy storage industry, collecting customer needs and feedbackAligning the market research finding with the EMEA Product Management team / Sales team and forwarding the outcomes with the R&D team in China.
    • Support the EMEA Product Manager for managing and promoting the development and introduction of new features and products, and assisting in the formulation of relevant planning schemes for market promotion.
    • Responsible for alignments between EMEA Tech Team and Chinese R&D / Product team on any communication to ensure proper understanding on both sides.
    • Assist the EMEA Product Manager in preparing the documentation for the household energy storage.

    LANGUAGES

    • Fluent Chinese and English
    • Any other language is a plus

    LOCATION

    • Hybrid from Munich (Radlkofer straße 2, 81373)
    • Remote in Germany

    Your backpack is filled with

    • Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering
    • Experience in the energy storage/lithium battery/photovoltaic/inverter product industry
    • Have working experience with products for mainstream overseas markets, understanding of product standards, and cultural differences
    • Experience working in a product platform (bridging the gap between market front-end and R&D back-end)
