Senior (Tech) Product Manager (m/f/d)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be shaping what we build & how, expertly transforming our customer and business needs into digital applications. You will be creating first-of-a-kind digital products in an industry running mostly on Excel, and building in this blue ocean market with us!

Tasks

As a senior product manager, you will be responsible to run product processes across various departments stand-alone. Well-versed in the entire product journey from user research, design thinking, project management, design and technology, you will be working across the most challenging business problems of our business.

• Customer research & design thinking: strong ability to empathize with users, gather insights through interviews and testing, and apply design thinking principles to create user-centric products.
• Create Products: Create and manage detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Leading projects: Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver new features and improvements.
• Monitor Product Performance: Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights and KPIs, most importantly customer feedback
• Product Roadmap: Collaborate directly with our founder to align product goals with company objectives and ensure successful delivery on timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience (of which 3+ years in product management), preferably in a tech startup or other fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and managing the full product lifecycle independently.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term product vision.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, demonstrating strong adaptability and leadership.
