We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (f/m/x) to join our growing Recruitment team in Berlin, Schöneberg.

Your tasks:

You will work on actively identifying the most suitable candidates for our Engineering, Data and Product Management Departments and inspire them to work for CarOnSale.
You will take responsibility for your candidates, business stakeholders and help to optimise the interview processes and structures.
You make recruiting measurable by working with a suitable KPI system and measuring it transparently.
You will work with the team to develop a best practice company in the field of recruiting.

Your profile:

You have experience in technical recruiting experience in Germany (previous work in a German start-up would be a plus)
You have experience identifying technical candidates on Social Networks, Code Repositories, People Search Engines, and using your available tools to contact and engage them.
You have already independently set up recruiting processes and love to drive your process forward independently
You have a growth mindset: growing, learning and trying out new ways is what you enjoy doing.
You have a very good knowledge of human nature and love contact with other people
You have a very good command of written and spoken English (at least C1 level) and ideally conversational German (a nice to have)
