For April 2025, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced part-time Visual Designer for a 14-month fixed-term contract, to cover maternity leave. You will be an integral part of our Marketing team, responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful marketing materials across all channels and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Tasks
- Create high-quality visual assets for various marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital assets, including:
- Digital: Website, online ads, landing pages, Social media graphics, presentations
- Print: One Pagers, Brochures
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual style guides to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in the marketing industry.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the visual impact of marketing assets.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of visual design principles and a passion for creating impactful visuals.
- Excellent skills in graphic design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing as well as Webflow Designer skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in German and English.
