Join our Brands & Loyalty team as a (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) and take ownership of shaping and driving the product strategy for our on-page journey and loyalty tech. You’ll work on both creative and technical aspects, leading the full product lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs. In a dynamic, agile, remote-first environment, you'll drive product discovery, experiment quickly, and make data-driven decisions. Your role
Definition and execution of the product strategy for key parts of our on-page journey and loyalty technology, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Ownership of the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, with close collaboration across design, engineering, physical product, category management, marketing, and customer support.
Leadership of product discovery by identifying user pain points, analyzing market trends, and validating opportunities through rapid experimentation and continuous learning.
Setting and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, leveraging data to inform decision-making, and fostering a data-driven culture across teams.
