Supplier Management Specialist - Life Sciences (m/f/x)

to join our dynamic team part-time (20-30 hours per week). In this role, you will play an important part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement.

Tasks

Lead the qualification, acquisition, and onboarding of new suppliers, including biobanks and clinical research institutes, to expand our global network
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing suppliers
Streamline and optimize supplier processes while monitoring product quality

Requirements

Strong communication skills: You enjoy engaging with suppliers via email, video calls, and phone
Educational background: You hold a B.Sc. in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field, or have completed training as a technical assistant. Previous work experience is a plus.
Understanding of human biospecimens: A basic knowledge of handling biospecimens, ensuring you can communicate effectively with our suppliers.
Organized and self-driven: You have good organizational skills and you are detail-oriented to manage supplier relationships with confidence.
Proficient in English: You possess C1-level fluency in both written and spoken English. German language skills are a bonus.
Tech-savvy: You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and are comfortable navigating digital platforms.
