Checkmk is available as an open-source and commercial edition. Over the last four years we have grown from 20 to over 180 employees to support our customer growth in Europe, the US and beyond. Our colleagues currently work from Munich, Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Spain, Poland and the US.

    Aufgaben

    • You’ll take on the administration and configuration of Jira and Confluence Data Center for checkmk and our clients
    • Optimizing workflows, managing permissions, and adjusting user settings – you make sure everything runs smoothly
    • You’ll evaluate, integrate, and customize plugins and add-ons to enhance the commercial infrastructure
    • Providing technical support for Jira and Confluence users? Piece of cake for you!
    • You’ll collaborate with various teams to continuously improve tools and processes
    • You’ll coordinate and support the process of updates and upgrades
    • You’ll document processes and the system environment clearly and accurately
    • You’ll report your results and progress directly to the VP of Operations

    Qualifikation

    • You have at least 3 years of experience in administering, configuring, and customizing Atlassian systems
    • You possess strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems
    • You’re self-motivated, with conceptual skills and a drive for process optimization
    • You’re skilled in database management, SQL, and various data formats (e.g., XML, JSON).
    • You’re fluent in German and English, and able to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
    • Basic knowledge of a programming language is a plus!
