At ChipTwin, we’re fixing this for small companies and big enterprises. We create digital twins of embedded hardware, enabling engineers to write, test, and debug firmware in a virtual environment. Our platform simulates microcontrollers, peripherals, and entire embedded systems, bringing the agility of software development to the hardware world.
We’ve secured early VC funding to bring this vision to life and are looking for the right technical leader to help shape the future of embedded development.
Tasks
- Architect and implement a scalable, high-performance hardware emulation platform.
- Build firmware analysis and automation tools that integrate with modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Align product development with business and market needs, balancing technical innovation with customer value.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a world-class engineering team.
- Stay hands-on while setting the long-term technology strategy.
Requirements

- Technical & hands-on – experience in embedded software engineering.
- Strategic – can think about both tech and business growth.
- Ready to take ownership – leading the development of our platform.
