Position Description
As a Technical Writer, you will manage and improve Cinemo's internal and customer-facing technical documentation. Creating new content, reviewing, editing and working with deeply technical text are typical in your day-to-day. As a part of a small and dynamic specialist team, you will enable Cinemo to achieve a more concise, standardized, and well-edited documentation.
In this role, you will:
- Create, edit, and review content for both internal and customer-facing use
- Interact, cooperate, and co-create with subject matter experts
- Address customer challenges by creating clear and concise documentation
- Improve existing documentation by acting on internal and customer feedback
- Proactively participate in shaping Cinemo's knowledge management strategy
What you will need to succeed:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in the Software Engineering industry, preferably in roles that involve documentation or business analysis
- Outstanding command of both written and spoken English
- Strong writing aptitude, attention to detail and excellent consistency
- Strong technical fluency and interest, ability to grasp and communicate complex engineering concepts
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision
