We’re looking for skilled generalist engineers. What matters most is your ability to write excellent software—we don’t mind if you haven’t used our specific technologies, as long as you’re eager to learn. Since we don’t have product managers, we need engineers with strong product sense who can take full ownership of projects from start to finish.
This role is a great fit for someone excited about startups and eager to learn more. You may have worked at a startup before, started one yourself, or hope to in the future.
Our software team has significant individual responsibility and access to sensitive information, so we need people we can trust. Making good trade-offs and using sound judgment are especially important to us.
Tasks
You are joining Circle-Hand at a critical time. We have proven product-market fit and our biggest problem is keeping up with customer demand. This means:
- You will build features that customers actively request and start using the same day
- You will have the freedom to identify and solve problems without bureaucracy — we ship multiple times per day and encourage independent decision-making
- You dislike meetings and would much rather focus your time on building, being productive, and shipping code
Stack : Node.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GCP, Docker, Prisma. You should be familiar with some of these, but we trust you can pick up new technologies quickly.
Requirements
We typically look for candidates with at least two years of work experience. We usually can’t hire current students or recent graduates.
