Your mission

Scrum Master: I excel at facilitating ceremonies across multiple teams, initially the marketplace and analytics teams. I am instrumental in organizing and leading ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring these events are productive and efficient and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Team Empowerment: Coach and mentor team members on scrum principles and practices. Empower them to self-organize, make decisions, and take ownership of their work.
Impediment Removal: Identify and address any obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Proactively communicate with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve team processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes open communication, trust, and respect.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment and manage expectations.
ROI Metrics and Budget Clarity: One of the significant tasks for the new hire would be to facilitate clarity around ROI metrics and cost to build through our resources, ensuring thoughtful estimations. This would enable articulation to stakeholders on budgeting and resource allocation and, hence, financial management for better project outcomes.

Your profile

Completed computer science, knowledge in embedded electronics, sustainability, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) accounting, or psychology.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, preferably within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company.
Familiar with the mobility OEMs, second-life applications, and recycling industries, and I am passionate about promoting sustainable solutions.
CSM, SAFe, equivalent Agile certifications, PMP, or other PMI and master-level certifications are preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems creatively.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in English and German. Bonus Points for
Experience in the battery, recycling, or sustainability industries.
Familiarity with data analytics and predictive modeling.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Asana.
