Account Manager - Registry (f/m/d)

Clariness is looking for an Account Manager - Registry (m/w/d) based in Berlin, Hamburg or remote within Germany. 
- Full-time; unlimited -

As an Account Manager - Registry, you would be responsible for:

• Manage defined accounts and taking the responsibility of being the main contact.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Responsible for account penetration & expansion (revenue per customer).
• Communicate client needs and demands internally and feedback the clients' realistic expectations.
• Provide clients with agreed deliverables and managing client escalations.
• Team-up with Operation Management Registry to ensure smooth onboarding processes, areas for improvement and solve problems.

We would like you to have: 

• Professional experience in managing big and complex clients.
• Client-focused solutions experience, talent for influencing client management and ability to communicate client needs.
• A solution-oriented and structured mindset as well as a high level of interface competence and a hands-on mentality.
• Understanding of consumer needs, behaviors, and industry trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships.
• Fluent in English & German - verbal and written.
