Project & Operations Manager

Clariness is looking for a Project & Operations Manager based in Berlin or Hamburg.
- Full-time, unlimited -

As a Project & Operations Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers to meet the expectations of the stakeholders through effective communication
• Management and monitoring of international projects to ensure quality, Compliance with the scope and timely delivery
• Manage and improve project management processes and practices to improve performance, manage resources, and ensure Compliance with regulations
• Develop operations management strategies and initiatives to patient recruitment, risk management and delivery of innovative Solutions
• Increase efficiency in the registration services and patient recruitment for clinical trials.
• Ensure that all operations are performed cost-effectively while high quality standards are maintained at the same time.
  
  

We would like you to have: 

• Professional experience in managing big and complex projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships at the same time
• Experiences in process documentation and optimization
• A "Startup Mentality"
• Professional project management certification (Prince2, IPMA, or equivalent) is a plus. 
• A strategic and agile mindset with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and intercultural competence.
