Clariness is looking for a Proposal Manager (f/m/d) based in Germany or UK.

As a Proposal Manager (f/m/d), you would be responsible for:
- Acting as primary contact for proposals and manage related communication and documentation: Be responsible for the proposal preparation and control the proposal processes for potential new customers and existing customers in coordination with the other business units, especially Business Development and Project Management
- Determining and analyzing offer parameters and conditions, preparing presentations as a basis for decisions
- Creating, updating and optimizing comprehensive and accurate proposals that reflect Clariness and client needs while also staying on top of the Request For Information (RFI) and the Request For Proposal (RFP) processes
- Designing creative and winning project strategies to support our clients' clinical research
We would like you to have:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree, ideally in an economic or a healthcare-related field, preferably with a focus on sales or project management
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B proposal management role, preferably in the clinical trials industry (we will consider applicants with less experience for a junior position)
- Experience in contract research organization (CRO) or patient recruitment service companies would be an advantage
- Solution- and detail-oriented, communicative as well as structured hands-on personality with conceptual strengths and the ability to create comprehensive proposals for the target groups
- Proficient user skills in Microsoft Office
- Professional communication and presentation skills, with proficient knowledge of the English language, German is a plus
