Clariness is looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) HR/People Team based in Berlin or Hamburg.

As a Working Student (f/m/d) HR/People Team, you would be responsible for:

Unterstützung des People Teams (HR) im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiteranfragen sowie die Erstellung von HR-Unterlagen – u.a. (Freelance)Verträge, Bescheinigungen und Zeugnisse.
Erstellung von Analysen und Aufbereitung von Personal-KPIs.
Unterstützung bei der Durchführung des Onboardings und weiteren Events.
Unterstützung im Bereich Office Management.
Übernahme von verschiedenen Projektaufgaben sowie teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.

We would like you to have:

Erste Praxiserfahrung im Bereich People/HR wünschenswert.
Guter Umgang mit Office Anwendungen – insb. Teams, Excel und PowerPoint
Sehr gute Kommunikation - und Teamfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2)
