    Your main tasks will include:

    • Manage and analyze support requests from Salesforce users, including Call Agents, Consultants, Tax Specialists, and Backoffice teams
    • Identify recurring challenges and optimize processes within the Salesforce ecosystem and related tools (e.g., Diabolocom, Demodesk)
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation while enhancing internal enablement initiatives
    • Serve as a key liaison between operational teams, Business Development, and the Salesforce development team to drive efficiency and improvements

    You are right with us if:

    • You ideally have some experience in operational sales management or customer support
    • You possess strong technical affinity and can quickly adapt to various tools (Salesforce, CRM systems, ticketing tools, etc.)
    • You have Salesforce experience (a plus, but not required)
    • You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address recurring support issues
    • You are a fast learner who can quickly grasp new processes and systems
    • You are solution-oriented and have a structured thinking approach
    • You are proactive and communicative – you know how to highlight blockers and to engage the right people
    • You have experience in process documentation and optimization (a big plus, but not required)
    • You have a solid understanding of how business and tech teams collaborate
    • You are fluent in German (mandatory) and have very good English skills
