    We have built a highly sustainable business with a lean and efficient operating team. Having proven our business model, we’re now looking to accelerate our growth & revenues by bringing in our first Chief Revenue Officer (m/f/d) to report directly to the founder's team.

    DEINE AUFGABEN

    • As CRO, you are the strategic, central leader driving and optimizing the effectiveness of our salesforce through a period of high growth and expansion
    • You define and provide insights on benchmarks and key performance metrics for the teams
    • You initially focus on DACH with a strong drive to develop European and US market opportunities
    • You lead and grow a strong sales team of currently 5 sales engineers
    • You will have control of the evolving sales operations, channel and field sales teams and you will innovate and improve upon our client's acquisition strategy
    • You will partner closely with revenue driving teams such as Finance, Product and Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success to develop and executive initiatives which optimize our salesforce efficiency and productivity and develop new value propositions that meet evolving advertiser needs
    • You will build the backbone for effective scaling of our salesforce by providing insights and the strategy to expand in new markets at the right time
    • You will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of our platform business model, including B2B partnerships and their monetization
    • You will develop sales playbooks and set goals and KPIs but bring in insight from other departments based on RevOps knowledge
    • You will provide all teams with the tools, technology, and resources they need to succeed at their jobs and execute on strategy

    WEN WIR SUCHEN

    • You have a solid professional experience overall with several years in leadership level roles in B2B centered industries, with clear evidence of consistent and exceptional sales leadership performance in scale-up
    • You must have a good grasp of technology (best case automation/robotics) combined with passion to help clients
    • You must have managed a highly complex solution selling process before
    • You have a strong hands-on and hunter’s mentality to hit target KPIs
    • You have a proven track record of delivering significant B2B sales growth
    • You have proven experience in creating forecasts, budgets and cost optimization and improve all relevant business and sales KPIs
    • You are available to travel on a weekly basis
    • You are fluent in German and English
