Aufgaben

ROLE OVERVIEW:

• Support and Collaboration: Provide comprehensive technical, commercial, and operational support for sealing solutions to the sales and service teams, ensuring seamless product integration.
• Strategic Development: Develop and execute market-driven strategies to enhance product offerings and meet evolving customer needs. Formulate and implement business plans aligned with our growth objectives.
• Innovation Leadership: Lead product innovation projects by identifying customer requirements and industry trends. Spearhead the development of cutting-edge products that address these needs.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to keep our products competitive and relevant. Monitor industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Sales and Profitability: Manage sales and profitability targets for the assigned product line. Focus on achieving and exceeding these targets to drive sustained growth.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their technical roadmaps and ensure our products align with their future needs.

Qualifikation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Background: Degree in engineering or science, ideally chemical engineering. Additional qualifications in business or marketing are highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Significant experience in product management within a high-tech, international environment. Experience in the sealing sector is a plus.
• Material Sciences Expertise: Strong background in material sciences, particularly in elastomers and polymers. Ability to apply this knowledge to drive product development and innovation.
• Business Acumen: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Ability to translate market data into actionable strategies and develop comprehensive business plans.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. And analytical mindset with the ability to provide data-driven solutions.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%) to meet with customers, attend industry events, and collaborate with global teams.
