Tasks
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the R&D team in creating new high voltage components and improving existing products.
- Manage the complete product development process, from initial concept to final production, ensuring adherence to technical standards and meeting customer requirements.
- Work closely with sales, project management, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new products.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, technical standards, and regulatory guidelines to ensure both compliance and innovation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies.
- Formulate and implement R&D strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, presenting updates on projects, research outcomes, and strategic plans.
Requirements
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Significant experience in designing high voltage products, particularly high voltage accessories.
- Demonstrated success in leading an R&D team within a global context.
- Deep understanding of industry standards and technical regulations for high voltage products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proven ability to inspire and guide a team to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Fluency in german and english is mandatory.
