What are we looking for?
Conductor is seeking an experienced, product-focused Director of Engineering to lead our Website Monitoring engineering pillar. This role, reporting to the VP of Global Engineering, will be responsible for overseeing the development and scalability of our real-time web monitoring SaaS platform, which continuously checks hundreds of millions of URLs 24x7. The successful candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of innovation and high performance.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in distributed systems, PHP development, and cloud-based architectures. They possess excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges in the web monitoring space.
