We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and support our efforts to build Congrify’s brand, expand our reach, and engage our audience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of fintech and data-driven marketing while working closely with our talented team.
Location: Remote or Hybrid (preferibly in Munich)
Duration: 3-6 months (with the possibility of extension), minimum 20 hours/week
Reports To: CEO / COO
Tasks
SEO Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Assist in creating SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
LinkedIn Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor LinkedIn campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling LinkedIn posts and measure campaign performance using analytics tools.
Content Creation:
- Develop blog posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral to showcase Congrify’s expertise in payments and data analytics.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
Campaign Support:
- Collaborate on the execution of email outreach campaigns and product launches.
- Support event promotions, such as Money2020, MPE, MRC and other payments industry conferences.
Market Research:
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
Performance Analytics:
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (proficiency is essential).
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research tools, and Google Analytics.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and basic campaign management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for fintech, data analytics, and startups is a plus.
