Implementation Manager - German Speaking (m/w/d)

Tasks

How you create impact at CONROO?

• Manage a portfolio of implementation high ticket SaaS projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into actionable project plans.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular meetings to manage expectations and address issues promptly.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from Sales to Product and Tech teams for implementation as well as post-go-live transitions to operations teams for ongoing maintenance and support with comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Continuously evaluate and refine implementation processes based on feedback and lessons learned. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across all projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior logistics experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio of complex implementation projects for high ticket SaaS solutions
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience in delivering compelling presentations, effectively communicating key points and storytelling through slide decks
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across organizational levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
• Data-driven decision-making abilities, customer-centric mindset, and problem-solving skills
• A “never-stop-learning” attitude and a desire to learn and grow
