Product Manager - German Speaking (m/w/d)

Tasks

How you create impact at CONROO?

• Create roadmaps and development plans and take responsibility on execution
• Create and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities based on customer needs and business objectives
• Work closely with the development team and make sure the deliverables are meeting acceptance criteria and business objectives
• Conduct research and take product-related decisions within your field of responsibility
• Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure that the product meets UX standards, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you need to succeed?

• Experience in IT-project management
• Empathy and curiosity for customers needs
• Understanding of software development and technology
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Team oriented work attitude and strength in communication
• A “never-stop-learning” attitude and a desire to develop and grow
