As Head of Organic Acquisition at Consultport, you will drive our organic acquisition growth through the constant development of our strategic content production, SEO (on-page and off-page), optimizations, and amplifying it across social platforms, blogs, podcasts, and webinars. Tasks

You will be responsible for:

• Strategy: Develop our overall SEO and content marketing strategy (with a focus on on-page and off-page)
• Implementation: Drive the implementation of our SEO and organic growth initiatives, to improve search rankings and increase organic visibility through on-page and off-page optimization.
• Optimization: Optimize all web-related aspects, such as improving website UX, growing conversions, planning content, optimizing and executing our SEO strategy, as well as optimizing our landing pages, acquisition-oriented pages, templates, content pieces, freebies, and all tools that we offer
• Analysis: Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for content optimization
• Experiment: Conduct AB tests for conversion improvements and experiment to scale acquisition
• Creative Management: Oversee copy and design creation, and ensure a high quality and alignment with our Consultport brand voice, style, and design standards while optimizing acquisition growth.
• Team Alignment & Mentorship: Manage and guide our designer, content creators, and copywriters to enhance content quality, performance & user growth
• Growth Performance: Track and analyze growth and performance metrics of content and web, and make data-driven recommendations to grow & optimize our user growth

Requirements

You would be a great fit if you have…

• 3+ years of organic growth marketing experience with expertise in SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, and email marketing
• Very strong sense for great content quality that attracts and converts users
• Experience in fast-paced environments and the B2B service industry
• Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• A keen interest in the global consulting industry and future of work topics
• Excellent communication (English and German fluency is a must and French is nice to have)
