The role

As a Risk Working Student, you will support the optimization and execution of our risk management and vetting processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our platform by maintaining strict compliance and risk assessment standards.

Your impact?

• Master and provide daily support for our vetting and risk assessment processes.
• Educate stakeholders on the vetting and risk procedures, ensuring they understand process changes and assessment outcomes.
• Actively seek ways to enhance the efficiency and quality of both vetting and risk management operations, initiating improvements aimed to boost quality and streamline processes.
• Gain a detailed understanding of our risk assessment and monitoring systems to support daily activities effectively.

Requirements

What makes you a great fit?

• Ideally, a student in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field with a keen interest in risk operations and compliance.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Knowledge of SQL and Python is not a must but certainly a plus.
• Prior operations experience in the finance industry would be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible hours.
