The company counts c.40 FTE’s located across Germany, China, France, UK, India, Portugal and Turkey with its HQ in Berlin/Germany.

    They are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join the team as Senior Business Development Manager. As a key member of the team, they are looking for a dynamic individual who can adapt to rapidly changing situations, take initiative, and contribute to the growth and success of the startup.

    Tasks

    • Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing collaborations.
    • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives. Create and present compelling proposals and solutions to potential clients.
    • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging markets.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute growth strategies. Set clear, measurable objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and engineers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Requirements

    • You possess a Bachelor's degree or Master´s degree in Business or a related field
    • You are interested in and passionate about growth startup and to change a traditional industry together with an international team
    • You have strong analytical and communication skills
    • You possess Hands-on mentality - only the implementation satisfies you
    • You demonstrate ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners and investors, and take the initiative to get involved
    • You are fluent in German and English
