About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Fintech&Data team in the heart of Berlin. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our marketplace Fintech strategy, driving the development of the payment, vetting, and financing features that empower buyers and suppliers to easily trade with flexible financial terms.

You will work closely with senior engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders from sales, procurement, and accounting to develop features that drive business growth.

Tasks

What you will do

• Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute it
• Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective
• Own the product roadmap and plan and carry out product launches
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market (go-to-market strategies for new products or service launches)
• Partner with Engineering and Business teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs, and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard

Requirements

What you bring

• You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• You have 5+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role
• You have previous experience in web software, ideally in a marketplace, e-commerce, logistics, or FinTech
• You are familiar with overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• With your natural leadership, you know how to convince effectively cross-functional teams to work together and execute complex projects
• You worked on MVPs, led customer interviews, and are familiar with constant feedback and discovery processes
• You are used to working in English, fluent German is a big plus
