    As our next Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience while achieving revenue and profitability targets. You will oversee the ecommerce strategy for our beauty product portfolio, which includes skincare, nail care, and color cosmetics.

    What you will do?

    • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to achieve sales, conversion, and profitability goals.
    • Optimize the online customer journey, from product discovery to checkout, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce platform, ensuring it remains updated, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
    • Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to implement updates and enhancements.
    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align paid search, social media campaigns, and SEO efforts with ecommerce objectives.
    • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
    • Manage the online product catalog, including pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory levels.
    • Coordinate with product team to launch new products and promotional campaigns on the website.
    • Monitor key ecommerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, etc.) and provide regular performance reports.
    • Identify trends and opportunities to improve website performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Implement tools and strategies to enhance user experience and engagement, such as personalized recommendations and loyalty programs.
    • Address customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of ecommerce-related issues.
    • Partner with supply chain, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with overall business goals.
    • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies supporting ecommerce initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to keep the ecommerce platform ahead of the curve.

    Qualifikation

    What we want from you?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry.
    • Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms: Prestashop knowledge would be an advantage and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Experience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, and social media advertising.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • Exceptional communication in German and English, Polish would be an advantage.
    • Passion for the beauty industry and understanding of consumer behavior in this space.
