As our next SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand’s online visibility and driving organic traffic to our global beauty platform. You'll be the go-to expert for implementing SEO strategies that elevate search rankings, helping to connect beauty enthusiasts worldwide with our innovative products. Your insights will directly contribute to expanding our reach in diverse markets, shaping the future of beauty through data-driven optimization

Aufgaben

What will you do?

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and optimize content for improved search engine rankings, with a focus on market-specific trends in the beauty industry.
• Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and image alt texts, to improve organic search performance.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the site is technically optimized for search engines, addressing issues like site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexation.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into our content creation process, aligning with broader marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement effective link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and search visibility.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz to track website traffic, rankings, and conversions. Provide regular performance reports and insights to guide data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and search algorithm changes, applying insights to continuously refine our SEO strategy.
• Manage local SEO efforts, ensuring the brand is visible in relevant geographic searches and directories.
• Work closely with SEM responsible in improving strategy and implementing improvements.

Qualifikation

What we want from you:

• 2-4 years of proven experience in SEO, particularly in e-commerce, digital retail, or beauty industries.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• In-depth understanding of SEM strategy and reporting knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to improve KPIs and marketing results.
• Experience working with content management systems like WordPress or Shopify.
• Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS for SEO optimization purposes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
