This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders, driving growth and strategic initiatives. You'll play a key role in expanding our market presence, maturing our product and have the opportunity to develop into a future leadership position.

Tasks

Strategic Planning & Execution

Assist the founders in strategic decision-making processes and business development
Coordinate and independently manage key projects to ensure timely and effective execution
Develop, automate and implement operational processes and workflows

Sales & Partnerships

Assist in the preparation of sales pitches and marketing materials
Engage with potential clients and partners to foster business relationships
Manage product and user communication

Requirements

You already gained first experience in startup environments (experience in Sales & Business Development or Communications is a plus)
You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are a team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Available for at least 4 months
