Aufgaben

Propel our growth by leveraging your extensive experience and expertise in digital marketing.
Develop and implement comprehensive, cross-channel marketing strategies that drive high-quality candidate acquisition and customer engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and stay ahead of algorithm updates and content trends, in order to ensure optimal marketing ROI and revenue attribution.
Your role is pivotal in maintaining our competitive edge by collaborating with your extensive network of marketing professionals and managing multiple tasks independently with a hypothesis-driven approach.
Directly support our ambitious goals of becoming a construction talent unicorn in ordert o reduce customer acquisition costs, and sustainably drive our market presence and growth.

Qualifikation

You have solid practical experiences of working in high-paced startups and/or marketing agencies
You have proven experience running successful campaigns using Meta or Google Ads (and/or other display networks (outbrain and Taboola)
You have strong analytical and data skills to evaluate marketing performance metrics
You have expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive cross-channel marketing strategies
You have knowledge of seasonalities in the German digital market
You have In-depth understanding of benchmark values and strong research abilities to stay abreast of algorithm updates and new content trends
You have experience in driving growth through effective marketing campaigns
You are comfortable with an experimental and hypothesis-driven approach to marketing
You are fluent in German and in English (C2 Level)
