What is the role about?

Employee support: Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries, delivering assistance and promptly resolving HR-related issues to ensure a positive employee experience.
Leadership guidance: collaborate closely with supervisors, offering day-to-day support in areas such as feedback, staff development, coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
HR operations and compliance: implement individual HR measures, administer employee compensation and payroll, and ensure legal compliance and coordination with internal and external partners.
Employee engagement and HR process optimization: contribute to building an attractive employer brand, execute employee engagement initiatives, coordinate employee appraisals, manage performance reviews, take over the re-/staffing of positions in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, training initiatives, and contribute to HR policy creation and enforcement.

You have a successfully completed academic degree or vocational training with a focus on HR - we also appreciate career changers with relevant professional experience in the field of HR.
You have at least three years of professional experience in human resources management in a generalistic role.
You are fluent in both German and English with exceptional communication skills.
You have very good knowledge of the current MS Office tools and HR management systems.
You are passionate about working with people from different cultural backgrounds in a technologically challenging market environment and have an affinity for networking.
