🌟 Your Mission: As the Senior Product Manager for our B2B offerings, you will spearhead the creation of compelling digital products specifically tailored for football clubs. Your focus will be to develop engaging solutions that integrate seamlessly with our existing B2C app, enhancing club engagement and driving user interaction through innovative features. You will also actively serve as Product Owner, driving day-to-day delivery with engineering teams and directly engaging with B2B customers to continuously evolve our digital products toward market needs.

What You'll Work On:
- B2B Product Strategy: Define, develop, and execute the vision and roadmap for CUJU’s B2B solutions targeting football clubs.
- Product Discovery & Validation: Lead discovery processes, perform market research, validate new ideas, and ensure alignment with customer needs through direct stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-On Product Ownership: Act as Product Owner within agile delivery teams, managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and ensuring timely delivery of product increments.

- Stakeholder & Customer Management: Maintain close relationships with football clubs, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, effectively communicating product vision, priorities, and outcomes.
- Go-To-Market Coordination: Work alongside marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful launches and impactful adoption of new B2B solutions.
- Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance analytics and gather user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product offerings.
Qualifikation
🧠 What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a strong focus on B2B digital products.
- Hands-on experience as a Product Owner, managing agile teams, backlog prioritization, and product delivery.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful web and mobile products.
- Expertise in product discovery, customer validation, agile methodologies, and strategic roadmap development.
- Fluent proficiency in German and English, with strong communication skills to effectively engage local football clubs and international teams.
- Passion for sports, especially football, and a deep understanding of digital engagement and club dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data-driven approaches to guide product decisions.
