Tasks
Your tasks will include:
- Assist clients in the onboarding process to DeepAdvisor, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the platform
- Organize and manage all activities related to the deployment of DeepAdvisor, including scheduling, communication, and coordination with various stakeholders
- Customize the DeepAdvisor application to meet specific client requirements and use cases
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-deployment, ensuring they can effectively utilize DeepAdvisor to its full potential
- Assist clients in building GenAI prompts and use cases using the DeepAdvisor Low-Code IDE
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to educate clients on the functionalities and capabilities of DeepAdvisor
Requirements
You should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- You have already gained practical experience as working student/intern, ideally in a start-up
- Basic technical skills and understanding of Generative AI. A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Generative AI and its applications in business processes
- Experience with prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- English and German language skills on C-Level
