Who we are

We are an early-stage Industrial AI startup, backed by some of Europe's top investors (EWOR). Our mission is to bring AI into non-destructive testing (NDT), helping OEMs, asset owners and inspection companies to automate safety critical inspections, reduce testing costs and improve safety. We do that by building an inspection software that enables companies across industries like aerospace, energy, and automotive to develop defect detection algorithms from sensor data (such as X-ray, 2D, 3D, or ultrasonic data).

Tasks

Key Responsibilities 🎯

As our Founders Associate, you will be the right-hand and sparring partner of the founders, learning everything you need to kick off your entrepreneurial career.

🧠 Go-To-Market Strategy: Support the founders in day-to-day tasks and help position the company as a category leader by refining and executing the Go-To-Market strategy.
💰 Sales: Assist the founders with sales, including reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media, and qualifying them.
🧗 Operational Excellence: Tackle all problems related to the scalability of processes and operations within the company, from hiring to building the first CRM.

Requirements

You must be enrolled in a university

🎓 Skills & Experience:

You are currently a Bachelor, Master, or MBA student from a top-tier university. A background in Industrial Engineering is a plus.
Experiences in highly demanding and fast-paced environments (startups, consulting)
You are business fluent in German and English as you need to communicate with German-speaking clients and an English-speaking deeplify team.
