Role Overview
The Demand Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in both demand generation and building brand authority activities:
- Create awareness, build brand authority, and generate interest in DENPAFLUX's product & offering via paid & organic channels.
- Focus on top-of-funnel marketing activities to create demand before prospects are ready to buy
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimise SEA campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube).
- Apply programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies to nurture leads.
- Manage ad structures, keywords, and bidding strategies to improve KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid search, display, social media, and email to drive consistent results across various touchpoints.
- Manage social media platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn & content distribution channels.
- Optimise lead generation funnels to improve conversion rates at each stage.
- Run & manage A/B tests to compare various campaign elements like ad copy, landing pages, targeting to identify the best-performing strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Ops) to align demand generation efforts.
- Stay updated with changes in digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and marketing trends.
- Work closely with sales to ensure high-quality lead handoff and establish feedback loops.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level minimum)
- 2-3 years in demand generation or digital ads (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube) preferably in B2B markets
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads and relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking and managing leads
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Team player who can also work independently and in a structured manner
