    Role Overview

    The Demand Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in both demand generation and building brand authority activities:

    • Create awareness, build brand authority, and generate interest in DENPAFLUX's product & offering via paid & organic channels.
    • Focus on top-of-funnel marketing activities to create demand before prospects are ready to buy

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and optimise SEA campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube).
    • Apply programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies to nurture leads.
    • Manage ad structures, keywords, and bidding strategies to improve KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
    • Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid search, display, social media, and email to drive consistent results across various touchpoints.
    • Manage social media platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn & content distribution channels.
    • Optimise lead generation funnels to improve conversion rates at each stage.
    • Run & manage A/B tests to compare various campaign elements like ad copy, landing pages, targeting to identify the best-performing strategies.
    • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Ops) to align demand generation efforts.
    • Stay updated with changes in digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and marketing trends.
    • Work closely with sales to ensure high-quality lead handoff and establish feedback loops.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level minimum)
    • 2-3 years in demand generation or digital ads (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube) preferably in B2B markets
    • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads and relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar solutions
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking and managing leads
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
    • Team player who can also work independently and in a structured manner
